Sarah Strader

Sarah Strader is a credentialed Special Education Teacher, Program Specialist, and Behavioral Intervention Expert with over 23 years of experience serving students across California’s public school systems. Throughout her career, she has worked with students spanning the full spectrum of needs—from mild learning differences to severe cognitive, behavioral, and physical disabilities. Her work has focused on designing inclusive, adaptive, and compassionate environments that preserve dignity while fostering growth, confidence, and independence for every learner.

After more than two decades of service to the special needs community, Sarah retired in the fall of 2023 to focus on the planning and development of Strader Life Ranch, a family-owned property that now serves as the cornerstone of Bombshell Discovery’s programs. The Straders’ personal ownership of the ranch provides a rare and powerful advantage: they have full autonomy to use the property to advance the nonprofit’s mission without external board approval or bureaucratic delay. This freedom allows them to move decisively—turning ideas into action and purpose into impact.

Sarah’s involvement in the ranch’s development is critical to ensuring that every facility currently in the design and funding phase meets the highest standards of accessibility and dignity. Her expertise in adaptive education, behavioral support, and environmental design informs the creation of every space—from wellness and creative arts facilities to housing pods and therapy areas—ensuring they serve all participants equally and respectfully.

Beyond her work with Bombshell Discovery, Sarah is deeply committed to family, creativity, and community. Her dedication to building environments where people feel seen, valued, and capable continues to inspire every facet of the ranch’s mission and long-term vision.
